Shirli H Libet, MS LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Many people move through life carrying more than others can see. Virtual therapy offers a private space to slow down, reconnect, and begin meaningful emotional change.
I work with individuals, couples, and small virtual groups seeking support with trauma, relationships, and personal growth. My approach integrates EMDR therapy, relational work, and psychedelic preparation and integration, with medical evaluation completed by a collaborating nurse practitioner.
Relationship and Couples Therapy
Support for communication, attachment patterns, and rebuilding emotional safety, whether you come individually or as a couple.
Individual and Group Therapy
Virtual sessions designed for personal growth, trauma healing, and connection through guided therapeutic work.

If you are ready for meaningful change, you may be in the right place.
Why Virtual Therapy Works
Virtual therapy creates a space where meaningful emotional work can happen without the pressure of travel or unfamiliar environments. Many clients find it easier to slow down, feel grounded, and stay consistent when therapy meets them where they already are.
Private and Secure
Working from your own environment can help your nervous system settle more quickly. Many people feel more open and connected when sessions take place in a familiar and private space.
Consistency and Flexibility
Virtual sessions make it easier to maintain regular support, even during busy or changing schedules. Consistency allows deeper therapeutic work to unfold over time.
Comfort and Emotional
Safety
Sessions are held through a secure telehealth platform designed to protect confidentiality and create a safe, professional therapeutic space.

“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction not a destination.”
Carl Rogers

What is EMDR Therapy
EMDR is a trauma focused therapy that helps you gently process PTSD, painful memories, and emotional overwhelm so they no longer feel as present or heavy. Research shows that about 65 percent to 86 percent of people may no longer meet PTSD criteria after trauma focused psychotherapy, including EMDR.

Ketamine Preparation and Integration
Ketamine assisted therapy is a therapeutic process that can help shift emotional patterns that feel stuck and open space for new perspective, especially when depression or trauma feel heavy or hard to move through. My role is to support preparation and integration, helping you feel grounded, safe, and able to turn meaningful experiences into lasting change.
